Work with us.
Help bring next-generation antibiotics to everyone, everywhere.
We are a not-for-profit global health organization driven to protect people from the rise and spread of drug-resistant infections, one of the biggest threats to us all. Central to our work are the people behind it.
Our team of nearly 100 people work together from Switzerland, Brazil, India, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia and South Africa. Each member of the organization is dedicated to the organization’s mission and shares our core values of people-centricity, integrity, teamwork, inclusivity, courage and commitment to excellence. We recognize that a culturally and professionally diverse workforce is critical to our success. Our team members bring in a complementary mix of expertise, mindsets and professionalism and a diversity of backgrounds, including the medical and pharmaceutical industries, and the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Promoting environmental and social sustainability
GARDP promotes environmental and social sustainability by supporting responsible practices across antimicrobial manufacturing. We work closely with our key manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure that our collective practices meet internationally recognised environmental and social standards such as the pharmaceutical supply chain initiative ( PSCI) principles; AMR Industry Alliance standards 2025; the WHO’s 2024 guidance for antibiotic manufacturing; the World Bank’s Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines and the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards. Through this collaboration, we aim to make sure our medicines are produced in ways that respect communities, safeguard the environment, and contribute to a healthier future.

Join us in our efforts,
make an impact.
All GARDP staff commit to our Code of Ethics for the highest possible standards of openness, transparency, honesty and accountability. To that end, GARDP has made its Code of Ethics and related policies available on its website.
